Need to know about after-sales service
1. All components of Dayang are purchased from the original factory or agents and other formal channels to ensure the authenticity. After you receive the goods, please check and accept them in a timely manner. If you have any objection to the quantity, model and quality of the goods, you should submit it to the customer service personnel in writing within ten working days from the date of receiving the goods. If it is overdue, you will not accept it.
2. When the courier delivers the goods to your door, you must check the outer packaging of the goods in person. If the outer package is damaged, check whether there is obvious deformation or damage. If there is any problem, please do not sign for it and contact the customer service personnel of Dayang.
3. For returned products, please be sure to keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner fillers) and ensure that the labels of the goods are intact. The labels of the goods are the evidence for the coordination between
Dayang and the supplier. If they are lost, they will not be accepted.
4. Invoiced orders shall be returned after the return application is approved.
Non acceptance of after-sales service
1. The original package and labels of the product are damaged or missing.
2. Products that have been used/tested on the computer.
3. The delivery time exceeds ten working days (subject to the date of express delivery).
4. Misorder caused by the user.
